The ranges below are starting points for planning only. A booking is not confirmed until a quote is accepted, required agreement is completed, and required payment is received.

Church Service Coverage

How Pricing Works

1. Submit Your Request

Fill out the request form with your event details. Include date, time, location, guest count, and any specific concerns or requirements.

2. Receive a Custom Quote

After reviewing your request, you'll receive a detailed quote with line items, coverage description, total cost, and deposit amount. No surprises.

3. Accept & Confirm

Accept the quote, sign the service agreement, and pay the deposit (typically 50%) to confirm your booking. Final balance is due after the event.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due after the event is completed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
