1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Trey Smith Security ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Trey Smith Security provides professional security services including but not limited to:

• Church and house of worship security
• Private event security
• Corporate event security
• Party and celebration security
• Executive protection services

3. Service Requests and Booking

All service requests are subject to availability and approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee service. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion.

Upon approval, you will receive a quote detailing the scope of services, pricing, and terms. Services are confirmed only upon acceptance of the quote and receipt of any required deposits.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to confirm booking
• Final payment is due as specified in the invoice
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees may apply:

• More than 14 days before event: Full refund of deposit
• 7-14 days before event: 50% of deposit retained
• Less than 7 days before event: Full deposit retained
• Less than 48 hours before event: Full payment required

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your event
• Notify us of any changes to event details promptly
• Ensure our personnel have appropriate access to the venue
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with our personnel performing their duties

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality security services, Trey Smith Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Insurance

Trey Smith Security maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and event details. Information is only shared with personnel who need it to perform their duties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
